These sessions are deeply relaxing and particularly beneficial for those who struggle with feelings of overwhelm, depression, or anxiety. This protocol is also very supportive to those navigating perimenopause and menopause symptoms.

Structural Reflexology

Facial Reflexology
Facial Reflexology has some unique therapeutic benefits. Facial Reflexology aims to help your entire body function at its optimal level. Clients report very positive emotional benefits. I offer a 20 – minute facial reflexology component that can be part of a 60, 75 or 90 – minute reflexology session.
